Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects within the Food & Beverage and Cold Storage sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the Food & Beverage and Cold Storage construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
