Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple commercial land development projects.
- Perform and coordinate engineering design tasks.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with and mentor Engineers in Training (EITs).
- Collaborate with designers.
- Manage client relationships.
- Coordinate with consultants.
- Prepare feasibility reports and cost estimates.
- Contribute to business development and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Registered Professional Engineer within the state.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of CAD software.
