Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional engineering (PE) license preferred
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial development.
Skills & Responsibilities:
Client Interactions:
- Develop strong working relationships with clients
- Actively communicate progress updates and manage expectations throughout the duration of each project
Business Development:
- Identify potential business opportunities within existing accounts
- Participate in marketing efforts including proposal development
Project Management:
- Manage multiple site design projects concurrently
- Provide technical oversight on all aspects of assigned civil engineering projects
Site Development:
- Coordinate feasibility studies
- Prepare construction plans
- Design grading/earthwork
- Plan underground utilities
AutoCAD Civil 3D :
- Use AutoCAD software to prepare detailed drawings using survey data
