An international leader in the development of wind farms, with many years of experience and a committed team that focuses on innovative solutions, is looking for an experienced wind project developer to join the team to support the growing portfolio and drive the energy transition.
Your tasks:
- Development and organization of wind projects in the Hamburg region, especially after the acquisition of land
- Coordination of the project phases, A-Z (full life cycle) of the project development process
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to implement projects efficiently and on time
- Monitoring and controlling project development from concept to completion
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and environmental regulations
- Active participation in the design of the project strategy in close coordination with the management
Your profile:
- At least 4 years of experience in wind project development
- Experience in coordinating and organizing projects
- Fluency in German
- High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work on site and closely with the project teams (3-4 days in the office)
- Willingness to travel in the regional environment
