About the Role:
As a Senior Engineer, you'll:
- Design and review ground improvement and excavation support solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure feasibility and innovation in designs.
- Provide technical expertise, field observations, and create bidding documentation.
- Mentor team members and stay updated on cutting-edge industry advancements.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical focus preferred).
- Experience: 5-10 years in geotechnical engineering.
- Credentials: PE license (or eligibility within one year).
- Skills: Strong engineering judgement, technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
