Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Permitting Manager to oversee land development and permitting activities for our client's solar projects in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, stakeholder engagement, and project management within the solar industry. You will play a key role in ensuring timely project execution and maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute land development activities, including assisting the development manager in implementing land acquisition strategies, establishing monthly land acquisition targets, and continuously adjusting project land development progress.
- Conduct outreach to land developers and local intermediaries based on the company's project plans.
- Engage with local stakeholders, landowners, and community organizations related to development projects, fostering positive relationships and community ties.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of necessary documents for land lease notarization and electricity business application processes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in land development for solar energy projects is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C sales or business development is preferred.
