Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior O&M Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of electrical systems within our renewable energy projects. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, as well as hands-on experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to improve system efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of electrical systems and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on operation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the renewable energy sector.
