This person will be responsible for...
- Design intricate HVAC & plumbing systems, including the calculations required for these systems
- Diagram all plumbing and hydronic systems, with standard components and operating parameters
- Source, select, and choose all types of mechanical, HVAC, and pluming equipment
- Coordinate project requirements with the Project Architect, Contractor, and other key players
This person should have the following qualifications...
- Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field
- PE registration in California or Oregon (or ability to obtain in California or Oregon)
- Extensive experience in MEP consulting
- AutoCAD and REVIT experience
