Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer (Remote Optional)

We are seeking a Senior-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing and executing a variety of mechanical engineering projects across multiple sectors. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will have the chance to lead, organize, and drive mechanical engineering efforts for a wide range of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Business development and client relationship management.
- Design HVAC systems, controls, chillers, boilers, water distribution, ductwork, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a diverse client base.
- Manage portfolios and oversee multiple projects.
- Produce high-quality engineering work.
- Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with expertise in air handling systems, ventilation/exhaust, hydronics, HVAC, building controls, and process piping systems.
- A strong background in consulting and an ability to see the big picture.
- Firm understanding of industry standards, regulations, and codes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- PE license is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary Range:
- $110,000 - $157,000
- Salary is determined based on relevant experience, education, and location, with adjustments for regional factors.
