Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Design Leadership: Lead the mechanical and plumbing design efforts, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions.
- Proposal Preparation: Develop and prepare detailed project proposals, including scope, budget, and timeline.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the design team to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.
- Client Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Professional Integrity: Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical, plumbing, controls, and process/industrial systems.
- Licensure: Must possess a PE (Professional Engineer) license.
- Skills: Demonstrated expertise in project management, design leadership, and client communication.
- Location: This position is based in Allentown, PA.
