Job Description: They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, with experience in managing projects and leading teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct site investigations, soil and rock testing, and analysis.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with other departments and offices to ensure project success.
- Participate in business development activities to generate new projects and clients.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 8-25 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Strong technical background in slope stability, sediment analysis, and pavement analysis.
- Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and manage client relationships.
