Senior Geotechnical Engineer

The Opportunity: As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you'll play a key role in helping manage the increasing workload for high-profile projects such as roadways, dams, and residential/commercial developments. You'll work alongside a team of dedicated engineers on a wide array of projects, contributing to the continued success and growth of the organization.
This role offers a clear and structured career progression with six distinct steps on either the Project Engineer or Project Manager track, leading all the way to the Principal Engineer level. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee geotechnical engineering projects from concept through completion.
Lead site investigations, geotechnical analysis, and design tasks.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and review reports, proposals, and project documentation.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure project delivery meets quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
5+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with high-profile infrastructure projects (e.g., roadways, dams, residential/commercial) is a plus.
