Job Title: Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality geotechnical services.
- Develop and revise reports, specifications, plan details, and project designs.
- Act as a technical expert within a multidisciplinary team.
- Plan and manage subsurface exploration programs.
- Create cost estimates, define project scope, and draft proposals.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of design efforts.
- Utilize design software to formulate engineering recommendations.
- Engage in Design/Build projects, advising contractor/construction personnel on constructability, cost, field conditions, sequencing, and scheduling.
- Provide on-site support for clients or work from a project office as needed.
- Contribute to project scoping, fee estimation, proposal preparation, and interviews.
- Perform design calculations and investigations to support design recommendations and the development of contract documents (plans, specifications, and estimates).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in geotechnical design.
- Experience with static and dynamic load testing is highly desirable.
- Field experience in site grading, slope stabilization, retaining wall, and foundation construction is highly desirable.
- Professional Engineer Certification required.
- Experience with Design Build projects preferred.
