Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in civil, structural or architectural engineering
- PE license holder in the state of Florida
- 5 to 10 years of experience acting as a forensic engineer
- Experience providing expert witness testimony
- Experience managing/mentoring a team of staff
- Book of business desirable
Responsibilities:
- Conducting forensic investigations to diagnose building performance issues
- Analysing failures to determine root cause and extent of damages
- Developing repair and rehabilitation designs for damaged structures
- Providing expert opinions and testimony
- Mentoring junior engineers and technicians
- Building and maintaining client relationships
