Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee brownfields redevelopment projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and community representatives.
- Conduct site assessments, risk evaluations, and remediation planning.

Qualifications:
