They are looking for a highly motivated and accomplished Senior Environmental Professional to lead their remediation projects and drive business development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing their environmental services strategy, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Remediation Project Leadership:
- Oversee and manage remediation projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of remediation strategies, including site assessments, soil and groundwater remediation, and risk assessments.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the environmental consulting sector.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our service offerings.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored environmental solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior environmental professionals within the company.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on remediation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering remediation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and expand client relationships.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience in mentoring and managing a team.
