Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Environmental Engineer to join our Client's dynamic team in California. As a fully employee-owned company, our Client prides themelves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental remediation, with a strong focus on remedial systems design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage environmental remediation projects from inception to completion.
- Design and implement remedial systems to address contaminated sites.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk evaluations.
- Develop and review technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to communicate project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental remediation and remedial systems design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
