Position Title: Senior Electrical Power Engineer

Job Summary:
A leading energy company is seeking a Senior Electrical Power Engineer for their refinery in Toledo, OH. The role involves ensuring electrical system reliability and integrity, supporting design and maintenance, and managing infrastructure upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Educate and mentor on electrical safety and power systems.
- Support design, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Develop and review maintenance plans and procedures.
- Conduct root cause and risk analysis.
- Manage infrastructure upgrades and capital projects.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems and support field commissioning.
- Provide technical support during outages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical design and maintenance.
- Experience with new load flow short circuit analysis, relay coordination, transformer motor operations, and troubleshooting
- Strong experience working on electrical power generation projects
