We're currently have 2 for a Senior Electrical Operations Engineer to work on utility-scale solar & BESS projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for any engineer that's ready to pivot to working for a leading renewable energy owner/developer that's currently owns & operates power plants across the US.
Opportunity to sit 100% remote if preferred with exception of willingness to travel as needed for sites.
Qualifications to apply:
- Minimum of 4-5+ years of work experience as an engineer.
- Minimum 2 years of US project experience for US employer.
- Four year bachelors degree in electrical engineering (or similar preferred).
- Deep technical experience with three of the following: substation equipment, protection & control, SCADA configuration, power system studies, electrical operations, relay settings, solar operations/equipment, BESS operations.
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn.
- PE Licensed not required.

- Join a team that's on the forefront of leading utility-scale solar & BESS projects around various US utility markets including ERCOT, MISO, PJM, CAISO.
- Provide SME input on all things electrical engineering related when it comes to design, development, operations and execution of projects.
- Act as a liaison with asset management, development, construction and other teams within the business.
- Provide insight into equipment and vendor decisions & selection. Be a resource for EORs/EPCs to work with.
