My client is looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator in the Manassas / Washington DC Area

Job Description Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets, cost codes, and technical proposals.
- Prepare bid estimates and design/build proposals.
- Present project scopes to customers.
- Manage project operations and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Perform take-offs, price change orders, and manage change orders.
- Use MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and other project management software.
- Read and interpret blueprints and contract documents.
- Identify cost-saving methods and value-added solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years with a master's degree, 5+ years with a B.S., 8+ years with an associate degree, or 10+ years with a high school diploma/GED.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Preferred: Local candidates, MS Project, P6, Accubid, LEED certification, DBIA, Journeyman Electrician License, FE/EIT License.
