Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and oversee various electrical systems projects, including power systems and renewable energy. This role involves managing an industrial engineering team for projects in chemical, power, utilities, and manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor an industrial engineering team.
- Provide expert guidance on complex electrical system designs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies.
- Conduct site reviews and update design requirements.
- Develop technical documentation and proposals.
- Engage with clients and attend industry conferences.
- Act as the main contact for clients and industry contacts.
- Mentor junior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 15 years of related experience.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading a team of industrial electrical engineers.
- Understanding of FEL, FEED, and design build processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain licensing in multiple states.
- Experience with industrial mechanical/plumbing systems and fire protection.
Travel Required: 10%
