Title: Senior Electrical Engineer: Project Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will lead projects and teams to create efficient and sustainable solutions while creating and maintaining client relationships. Most important qualities are someone who will optimize building electrical systems, ensure quality control, as well as managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects as Lead and/or PM.
- Deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Act as Engineer of Record.
- Build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
- Communicate design options effectively.
- Assist with estimating and proposals.
- Plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
- Ensure quality and follow our Quality Management Plan.
- Coordinate with other disciplines.
- Complete site visits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 8 + years in the MEP design industry.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam.
