The Company:
They have partnered with a leading multi-disciplined engineering firm, who offer a variety of technical solutions to the built environment, in order to aid the growth of their existing structures group. They are an incredibly well-rounded firm, and are renowned for the quality of work that they deliver on some of the most high-end and technically challenging projects in the market.
They boast an outstanding employee-driven culture, this is due, in part, to the fact that they are employee owned, which drives collaboration in teams across all of their office locations and service lines. They offer their staff a lot of flexibility and a great work-life balance, that makes them feel truly valued for their efforts.
Their existing structures practice has 4 key areas of service, those being Forensic Engineering, Repair & Restoration, Parking Rehabilitation, and Building Enclosures. This group has an incredibly well-established market presence, and acts out of 23 of the company's regional offices, which they are looking to further expand, to be more localised to claims and field assessments.
