Your Role:
- Lead and Innovate: Oversee projects from the conceptual planning phase through to final plans, specifications, and bid packages.
- Design Excellence: Provide expert technical design support for water distribution, water and wastewater treatment, and sanitary sewer collection projects.
- Client Partnerships: Maintain and develop strong client relationships and identify new project opportunities.
- Technical Precision: Ensure the technical accuracy of projects, adhere to standard engineering practices, and include comprehensive documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges effectively, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify optimal solutions.
- Financial Management: Achieve financial targets related to backlog, utilization, and invoicing.
- Mentorship: Manage and mentor technical staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
- 9+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) in Civil or Environmental Engineering, registered in Georgia or the ability to obtain licensure in Georgia within six months.
- Proven competency in technical project execution and in writing and pricing scopes of work for proposals.
- Strong communication, report writing, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
