Automation Engineer Responsibilities:
- Provide automation support for a global robotics portfolio at various U.S. and international sites.
- Expertise in Allen Bradley Rockwell Controls (Studio5000, FactoryTalk SE) required; experience with Fanuc Robotics preferred.
- Experience in Commissioning, Qualification, and cGMP regulations.
- Troubleshoot automated systems and manage Factory/Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT).
- Analyze production data to recommend and implement improvements.
- Travel to production sites (up to 25%) as needed.
- Strong documentation, technical writing, and project management skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Automation Engineer experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Willingness to work onsite in Indianapolis, IN, and travel to multiple sites.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
