LVI Associates are now working with a well-established consultancy in Overland Park, Kansas who due to major growth and expansion are now looking to continue their in house civil site growth. They are now on the lookout for a Senior civil site Project Manager to join a dynamic team in a close knit family oriented firm, who are looking to expand their presence across the Midwest. The firm in question boasts a solid backlog of projects, having had some of their clients for over 20 years or more. This role will plug into these clients and look to grow the business further.
In this role you will work on residential & mixed use commercial projects, guiding and mentoring younger engineers, whilst carrying out business development with well-established clients.
This firm are a 100% owned so you will have the opportunity for ownership from your first day within the company.
Requirements:
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- PE License in KS or MO
- 10+ Years experience in land development
- Able to lead a team/project
- Based in Overland Park, Kansas
