Senior Civil Engineer - $160k+ 15% 401k
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning to completion.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
- Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor construction activities and resolve issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license required.
- 15+ years of experience in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
