They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Envelope Consultant to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, designing, and consulting on the exterior components of buildings to ensure energy efficiency, durability, and overall building performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building envelope assessments and investigations.
Develop and review building enclosure designs and details.
Provide consultation to architects, engineers, and construction teams on building envelope design, materials, and implementation.
Perform on-site inspections during construction to verify correct installation of the building envelope.
Conduct tests to determine the performance of the building envelope, including air leakage, water penetration, and thermal bridging.
Prepare and present reports on building envelope assessments, designs, and inspections.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and standards in building envelope science.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building envelope consulting, inspection, and testing.
Working knowledge of various building envelope technologies, including roofing, waterproofing, and exterior wall systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external team members.
Preferred certifications: PE or ability to obtain; or IIBEC certifications such as RRO, RRC, RWC, etc.
