Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing construction/security projects
- Knowledge of security systems including installation process & maintenance
Skills:
Project Management: The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously from conception through completion by planning time lines, coordinating with stakeholders such as vendors or contractors along every step.
Leadership Skills - A successful manager is someone who can lead teams effectively by setting goals that align with company objectives; assigning tasks based on each member's strengths and weaknesses whilst ensuring accountability across all levels involved.
Communication skills - Excellent verbal communication (especially when providing progress updates) plus strong writing capabilities are essential since this role requires interaction between various departments within both internal / external organizations
Responsibilities will include but not limited to;
* Lead project planning efforts including developing budgets/schedules & performing risk assessments
* Collaborate closely w/ clients throughout entire life-cycle of assigned jobs-ensuring requirements stay aligned w/ expectations at all times;
* Ensure compliance across relevant industry regulations
* Manage resource allocation i.e., personnel assignments & equipment procurement
Salary Package:
The salary package starts at $125,000 annually. This includes benefits like health care coverage (medical/dental/vision), retirement plans etc.
