We are currently leading the search for an experienced Safety Manager with a background in mechanical or semiconductor projects. Our client is a nationwide mechanical contractor with a strong local presence, specializing in data centers, government projects, and healthcare, and is looking to expand their operations even further in the area.
Our client exclusively goes after large projects, so if you're a project-motivated person who likes working on big exciting job sites, this role is for you.
Key Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a mechanical contractor or on semiconductor projects, preferably with more than 3+ years at one company
- Bachelor's in Safety, Health, or Environmental Applied Sciences, or strong experience in relevant field
- Experience on data center, semiconductor, government, or healthcare projects worth $35m+
- OSHA 10hr, 30hr, and 40hr certification required; OSHA 500, CHST or ACP preferred
- Experience in a training environment
- Strong ethos regarding safety and leadership
- Ability to take initiative and think outside the box
