As our new Safety Manager, based out of Dulles, VA, United States - just outside the nation's capital - you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing safety protocols that protect both personnel and projects. You'll oversee LVI (Low Voltage Installation) processes among other duties while ensuring rigorous adherence to all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and enforcement of worksite health & safety plans.
- Conducting regular site inspections.
- Training staff on up-to-date OSHA standards as well as internal policies.
- Managing incident investigations with detailed reporting procedures.
Skills Required:
Safety Expertise: Demonstrated ability delivering effective workplace health/safety programs; adeptness at crafting training materials that resonate across varied teams
Construction Acumen: Proven track record overseeing complex job sites allows informed decisions around every aspect from PPE use through emergency response planning
