This role will play a key part in the development and execution of technology-driven projects, focusing on Revit design excellence. As the team grows, this individual will have the opportunity to oversee Revit efforts and potentially manage a design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Revit modeling and design efforts, ensuring accuracy and quality in project documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to drafters and junior designers as the team expands.
- Support project managers with design and drafting tasks as needed.
- Assist in creating and implementing best practices for Revit workflows.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit with a deep understanding of its tools and capabilities.
- 7-10 years of experience in design or drafting roles, preferably with Revit as a primary tool.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality design documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in technology-related projects; training and support will be provided for specific industry skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with technology systems is a plus but not required.
- Prior experience in managing or mentoring design teams is beneficial.

- Minimal travel required (approximately 10%).
- Primarily remote, with flexibility for candidates based on the East Coast. Open to considering candidates as far west as Colorado.
