Role Overview: Specializing in the management and delivery of complex commercial projects involving structural repair, waterproofing, glazing, and restoration across the southeast. The team, comprised of over 100 professionals and led by accomplished engineers, is dedicated to providing timely and budget-conscious solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Florida panhandle.
Strategically plan and execute project objectives.
Efficiently manage personal and team project time.
Continuously develop expertise in the restoration trade to deliver innovative solutions.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and their consultants to fulfill all expectations.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong background in structural restoration, commercial construction, concrete repair, and coating.
Demonstrated success in waterproofing, structural restoration, construction, architecture or engineering.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $110,000, with additional performance-based incentives.
