This firm is looking for an experienced land development engineer who has 15+ years of experience in single-family development, who can come in and head up their single-family department in the North Dallas area. This position will provide you an opportunity where you will be in a flexible and entrepreneurial work environment with a vibrant office culture.
Requirements:
- P.E License in Texas
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in land development (single-family development)
- Has strong business development and client interaction experience.
- Has a book of business in the DFW area.
- Able to lead, manage, and train a team.
- Based in North Dallas or willing to relocate.
