Company Summary: A leading engineering design firm focused on Utility Scale renewable energy projects is looking to grow their team with an experienced Principal Project Engineering Manager. The firm has over 250GW+ designed by the team across the US. This Director level candidate will be overseeing portfolios and teams to ensure projects deliverables are completed on time and provide strategic account management for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing and ensuring the performance of all projects in the EPC Service Line.
- Oversees project managers and engineers to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Leads business development, proposal functions, and strategic client account management for EPC clients.
- Applies expert knowledge in project management and engineering to resolve critical issues and implement new practices.
- Manages complex projects, performs team resourcing, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with policies and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in engineering, construction management, or related
- 10+ years renewable energy project experience
- 12+ years EPC, power generation, renewable energy, or power delivery
- Efficient time management and strong decision making capability
