We are a leading provider of advanced membrane technologies for water treatment and industrial applications, currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager. This role involves spearheading regional sales activities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess experience in technical sales within the water treatment industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales initiatives within the assigned region to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and implement regional market strategies.
- Negotiate orders and establish contracts with both industrial and municipal clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with top-level stakeholders in key accounts, including OEMs, engineering firms, consultants, and government entities, to promote the membrane business.
- Oversee and manage a network of strategic partners selling specific product lines to municipal markets.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and objectives for each territory within the region.
- Contribute to the recommendation and introduction of new products to the market.
- Track competitive market trends, ensuring a consistent sales approach across the region, and driving increased business revenue.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote new technologies.
- Stay updated on water industry projects through publications and other resources.
Job Requirements
- A university degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial role, with local or regional expertise.
- Proven experience in technical sales within the water treatment industry.
- Strong understanding of water chemistry, fluid dynamics, water pressure, and technical writing standards.
- Solid knowledge of business management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and team coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a matrix environment and manage cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
- High energy, strong initiative, and self-motivation.
