Responsibilities
Lead and oversee medical equipment planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Develop and implement project schedules, workflows, and resource allocations to optimize efficiency.
Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control for multiple projects simultaneously.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Identify and generate new business opportunities, expanding the company's presence in California.
Collaborate with construction project management teams to integrate medical equipment needs into facility designs.
Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and other team members.
Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations, as well as industry best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector within California.
Proven track record of managing complex medical equipment planning projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
Strong knowledge of hospital operations, medical equipment procurement, and regulatory compliance.
Experience working on construction projects, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies within the healthcare industry.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, construction management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Willingness to travel within California as needed.
