Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering AND/OR Building science
- Forensic/Research Experience
- Licensed P. Eng

Responsibilities
The selected applicant's responsibilities shall include but not limited-
* Oversee all aspects related to the regional building science programs including budgeting & forecasting,
* Lead projects from concept through design process ensuring designs are developed according set codes; lead project teams comprising engineers,
architects;
* Conduct forensic research analysis into buildings defected by water infiltration using specialized equipment like infrared cameras among others;
