Job Description: Technology Group Lead
We are actively seeking a Technology Group Lead to join our expanding Technology Integration Team. The successful candidate can work fully remote, as long as they are based in the US.
As the Technology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects, from initial proposal writing to project execution. Key objectives for this role encompass staffing, maintaining quality standards, providing mentorship and training, nurturing talent, refining processes and standards, and fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Background: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Technology, Audio-Visual (AV), and/or Security Design.
- Managerial Experience: Extensive managerial experience is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills are crucial.
- Technical Competency: A proven track record in technology design is required.
- Certifications: A Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with additional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Technology Specialist (CTS), or Building Technology Certification.
- Experience:
- At least 15 years of relevant experience is essential.
- Prior experience with healthcare projects is highly desirable.
