Position Overview: My client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Identify and document any discrepancies or issues, and collaborate with project managers and contractors to implement corrective actions.
Review and approve quality control procedures, test results, and inspection reports.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Provide guidance and training to team members on quality assurance best practices and protocols.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions taken.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the architectural or engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality assurance procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and contractors.
Certification in Quality Assurance or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
