Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical authority, overseeing architectural and engineering initiatives.
- Lead and manage project execution, ensuring all work meets the highest industry standards.
- Act as the primary decision-maker for technical aspects of projects, with full autonomy to guide the firm's architectural and engineering direction.
- Collaborate closely with the operational lead, to align technical execution with business goals.
- Manage and mentor architects and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee project workflows, from design to delivery, while Curran handles client proposals, invoicing, and operational support.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making, helping shape the firm's future direction.
Role Requirements
- Certification as a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) or Qualified Parking Structure Inspector (QPSI).
- Proven leadership experience in architectural or engineering consultancy.
- A strong technical background with expertise in exterior wall inspections or Parking Garage rehabilitation/restoration.
