We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Munich as a Project Manager/Project Manager (m/f/d) for construction projects focused on high-quality interior design. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients and will oversee the successful execution of our challenging construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage our interior design projects for both national and international clients, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop project plans, maintain ongoing target vs. actual assessments, generate status reports, and monitor and control costs.
- Contribute to project cost estimations.
- Supervise the entire project team, internal specialized departments, and on-site construction managers.
- Provide technical guidance to clients, offering cost-effective suggestions for property optimization.
- Collaborate closely with architects and specialized planners during project planning and assist in subcontractor service procurement.
- Maintain project documentation and oversee document management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related technical field, or equivalent technical training.
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly in turnkey construction or commercial interior design, along with a proven track record of leading project teams.
- Proficiency in contract management, including international experience (especially in the UK/USA), and knowledge of VOB/B and BGB regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Project.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments, if required.
- Strong communication skills, assertive personality, proactive, and enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration.
