Role Overview
As a Project Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary team. You will manage and execute land, construction, and topographic surveys, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and compliance. Your work will directly contribute to projects ranging from local municipal developments to large-scale federal and aerospace initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land, construction, and topographic surveys using advanced surveying equipment and software.
- Prepare and analyze survey data, maps, and reports to support project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure precise alignment with project requirements.
- Oversee field teams and provide technical guidance to ensure efficient data collection and processing.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Maintain and manage survey equipment and technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional Surveyor License (Ohio) required.
- 5+ years of experience in project surveying, preferably in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS, Total Station, and other modern surveying tools.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and municipal regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
