Overview - Project Management Operations:
A prominent Solar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company is seeking a full-time Project Operations Manager to lead and oversee project activities from their Boston-area office.
Key Responsibilities - Project Management Operations Manager:
- Lead, manage, and provide technical expertise for renewable energy construction projects, focusing on safety, operations, planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, change management, staff development, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to coordinate resources and contractors, ensuring efficiency and compliance with contract terms, budgets, and timelines. Remove obstacles that may hinder project progress.
- Establish and promote standardized processes for project accounting, cost reporting, client billing, scheduling, procurement, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients to ensure clear communication of construction activities and progress.
- Manage budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and variance reporting to ensure project financial health.
