Looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead in executing complex, high-impact energy systems and microgrid projects. What You'll Do:
Project Development (20%):
- Get involved early on, shaping the future of energy projects from the ground up! Support our business development team with due diligence, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for major projects.
- Develop strategic procurement plans and help shape commercial frameworks that guide our innovative energy systems.
- Dive into M&A opportunities, particularly in the fast-growing transit and fleet solutions space.
Project Execution (60%):
- Lead the charge in managing the entire project lifecycle - from design to commissioning!
- Ensure safety and sustainability are at the forefront as you guide your team to success.
- Work directly with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of transformative microgrid solutions.
- Own the reporting and coordination process, making sure everything stays on track, while driving innovation and quality at every step.
Operations & Maintenance (10%):
- Play a key role in supporting our ongoing operations, ensuring smooth transitions post-commissioning, and tackling any challenges that arise.
Innovation & Leadership (10%):
- Lead the way in introducing new tools and processes to enhance efficiency and safety across projects.
- Mentor the next generation of leaders within the team while contributing to game-changing innovation that sets us apart in the industry.

What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of project management experience in energy infrastructure (microgrids, central plants, etc.).
- Expertise in managing large-scale distributed energy projects for commercial, industrial, and public sector clients.
- Proven success in navigating complex contracts, from EPC to project finance models.
- Strong knowledge of HSE, OSHA, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive success.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- PMP certification preferred.
Travel:
- Up to 50% travel across the U.S. and Canada to collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
