We are currently seeking a strategic, client-focused Senior/Project Manager to join our Tennessee water group, In this role, you will lead and manage multidisciplinary teams on major projects involving water and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as collection and distribution systems, serving key municipal clients throughout the metro region of the southeast office locations. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can uphold our reputation while bringing innovative ideas and technical expertise to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi-discipline projects from early concept development through detailed design and construction in the water, wastewater, and conveyance engineering sectors across the Southeast region.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to enhance our water services design capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical specialists, project team members, client service leaders, and delivery managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets and schedules, maintaining a focus on risk management for the firm.
- Work closely with our Sales team and Client Service Leaders, and engage with clients throughout Tennessee, and Nasvhille Metro area.
- 10% Travel is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional Engineering License (PE) is required.
- PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification is desirable.
- Proven communication skills with both internal and external clients.
- Demonstrated success in project design and delivery of medium to large multi-discipline wastewater and water treatment projects in the following states, GA, TN, NC, SC, or AL.
- Technical expertise as a leader, mentor, and problem solver with a commitment to excellence.
