They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our transmission and distribution projects from inception to completion. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical construction, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources and manage day-to-day operations to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and solutions.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale transmission and distribution projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
