My client is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their team. With over 20 years of experience in managing and delivering complex commercial structural repair, restoration, glazing, and waterproofing projects, they are industry leaders committed to excellence. Their team of over 100 professionals is dedicated to delivering the right solutions on time and within budget, consistently exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and execute projects to achieve goals
- Efficiently manage your time and the time of your project team
- Continuously develop your knowledge of the restoration trade to provide complex solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients and their consultants to meet all expectations
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, structural restoration, coating, and concrete repair. A successful track record in the construction, structural restoration, waterproofing, engineering, or architectural industry is highly desirable.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $75,000 - $110,000
