Project Manager, Site Development
Our client, a leading engineering firm, is seeking a Land / Site Development Project Manager to join their team in Houston. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, design, and construction of Site Development projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the design and construction of commercial and K-12 development projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Work with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the required standard
- Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare project reports and documentation
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and meets the company's health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
