Responsibilities
- Review construction documents, develop site logistics, create and maintain schedules, manage submittals, and ensure materials are procured and onsite as per schedule.
- Update and track schedules, manage long lead items, serve as the main point of contact, and facilitate regular meetings.
- Oversee budget transfers, perform detailed takeoffs, monitor project budget, and prepare monthly Pay Apps.
- Manage the RFI Log, issue and track Potential Change Orders, and document schedule impacts.
- Develop and implement quality control inspections, monitor QC logs, and perform periodic field walks.
- Compile and submit all necessary project closeout documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
- 4 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and materials. In-depth understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with project management software (Procore) and scheduling tools (Microsoft Project). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.
